We are all multi-facetted human beings. This sections allows you to get into resonance with me and find out if my offerings are valuable for you, be it at as your Companion or Agent.
The 77 DAYS NEXT LEVEL BUSINESS CHALLENGE follows a process design that builds the vessel to unfold your potential and allows for synergies and serendipity to emerge within the curated group setting.
When you create a specific, measurable, action oriented, realistic and timed (SMART) pathway, then you can truly design your legacy. That needs to cut through the root causes of the things that hold you back from unfolding your maximum potential, finding the right companions, network, the ecosystem aligned for your cause. Then truly, peak performance, flow and impact can unfold in your everyday life.
Deep time is a term introduced and applied by John McPhee to the concept of geologic time. Why do I think it’s important that we take this concept seriously? Because any of the grand challenges ahead like climate change, plastic in the oceans, nuclear waste, loss of biodiversity cannot be solved within the short time frames our institutions – and ourselves – think and even more important feel. We need to take into account at least the next seven generations after us, thus extending our time horizon to at least the next 250 years. Imagine you catapult yourself into the year 2270. This is the place from which we need to craft the new foundations for major national and transnational policies. But so far, we are not acting like that. Instead we are colonizing the future, much like we Europeans did colonize Africa, the Americas, South-East Asia and Australia, and exploited both the resources and the indigenous people there and still are doing so today through post-colonial exploitative structures that serve only few but make so many human and non-human beings suffer.
Most people overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in ten years. I’m not using that quote because I’m a big fan of Bill Gates.
I’m using it because you are way more powerful and can make way more a difference with almost anything you can imagine if you carefully plan and strategize for the long term. And, if you then skillfully craft and execute the pieces along the way. And if you don’t give up on your north star.
(*The asterix here is intentional. I love the quote but I’m not idolizing Mr Gates as he has been from my humble point of view using and is still using an extractive business model.)
You want peak performance in your life? Then you need to design your everyday life around it. And take that seriously. You need to carefully plan for it. You need the right nutrition, exercise, Integral Life Practice, time to rest, recover and meditation for it. Imagine a world class athlete. He can’t deliver 40 hours a week of peak performance. That’s simply not possible. You need to invite an equilibrated, well balanced version of yourself to constantly lean out of your comfort zone, grow, have fun, enjoy and contribute.
Ultimately for me it’s mainly about the impact that you make. And yes, I know the word has been abused way too often. Yet, I truly care about you discovering your leverage to make a difference with what you want to change in the world.
The world needs you. Yes you. And it needs the most shiny, badass, standing tall version of you. So, please: Wake up! Grow up! Clean up! Show up!

The acronym SMART is commonly used in the coaching space. It refers to making your goals, specific, measurable, action oriented, realistic and timed. If you apply that to what you want to achieve in life, it simply makes it way more realistic to really life your dream, not dream your life.
In this video I’m giving a brief overview over the integral AQAL framework, introducing Quadrants, Levels, Lines, States and Types. I proclaim that knowing, understanding and applying the basics of the AQAL framework will greatly enhance your capability to navigate the complexity of life. Whilst I truly cherish the elegance and simplicity on the other side of complexity of the integral framework, I always coin myself a heretic.
The new Buddha is the Sangha, goes a saying. What does that mean? And why do I think that matters for you? Well, bluntly put, because you need a cohort of likeminded souls to be able to develop your maximum potential. We need sort of a Meta-Sangha that helps us to mirror and hold accountable to the various nuances of our Selves.

Next Level Business
If you want to niche your offer don’t wait. The early adopters might already lurk around the corner. Be brave, be crazy, be authentic. If you don’t do it now somebody else will do it before you. And maybe someone less dedicated than you and just better in marketing. Look back just some years in time. So many things have become mainstream, vegetarianism, veganism, Yoga, Tantra, bodywork. Most likely the vast majority of what you think is pretty avantgarde will be on the billboards in a bit.
Does everybody love you? No. Does everybody criticize you? No. Should you care too much about your critics? Definitely not! Should you discard everything they are saying? Definitely not. It’s a plain and simple fact that with everything you do – and even with everything you don’t do – you will always have people loving you for it and people that criticize you.
The minimum viable audience represents the smallest possible audience that can sustain your business as you get it started from your niche. That means going to extremes and finding the smallest subset of a market. Allow yourself to zoom into the reality of the ones you truly want to attract. And just some soothing numbers here. If you discard 99% of all Germans and you want to reach only 1% of the German market, you still got 800.000 possible clients. The internet gives you the possibility to reach out to any niche however small it is.
There’s so much bullsh** around Spiral Dynamics out there. “You are so green“, people say. Or “that’s unhealthy blue“. Better even “from a teal perspective“. Well, to be honest, I’ve known the theory now for quite exactly 17 years. And in as much as it is useful in certain contexts, it also makes too many people put too many other people and projects into drawers. So, much like any other crude abstraction of a hypercomplex reality, be very careful of how you apply the theory in the field of your everyday life.
Peak Performance
The most elegant and efficient way to reach peak performance is to establish an Integral Life Practice that takes into account body, mind, spirit and shadow practices to grow the various areas of your life.
One central nugget of Integral Life Practice is, that you can and should cross-train your faculties. That means you should intentionally combine different practices to reap the maximum benefits, i.e. combine shadow work (like therapy, constellation work) with meditation.

It takes time and dedication to build a strong vessel in as much as it takes time to work and earn money. But we are growing up in a culture that does not teach us – and much lesser even value – inner work. Work is work. It takes time, effort, resources, money, dedication, discipline to build your inner vessel. Ideally your inner work is the very foundation on which your contribution to the world flourishes.
Biohacking has become almost a buzzword nowadays. So what’s actually behind it?
I want to give you a brief overview on intermittent fasting, and how a ketogenic diet, cutting back on addictive substances (like sugar and caffein), as well as micro-meditations can greatly enhance your productivity and your overall sense of wellbeing in everyday life.
Yes, we need more mindfulness. And yes, it’s important that so many people are starting to meditate these days. But often this adds on top of our already heady culture. And this McMindfulness then often leads to more loftiness and less connectedness. To more separation instead of integration. Maybe it’s time we all set time apart to really feel the terror, the grief, the pain of Mother Earth, of the exploited and disenfranchised, the human and non-human beings suffering from upholding our status quo. Maybe it’s time to integrate more work to feel all these difficult emotions instead of putting some of them into a „good emotions“ and others into a „bad emotions“ drawer. What we definitely need is to integrate practices of feeling into our mindfulness exercises. We are all hurt to some extent. And, we all need to heal. And feeling that and healing that is something utterly different from floating above unwanted emotions.
Integral Spirituality
Nothing is more certain than death, and nothing more uncertain than the time of dying. Every moment is precious. If you believe in reincarnation or visiting the afterlife in the heavens or none of it, what counts is this life. So instead of trying to avoid the unavoidable, allow the „memento mori“ to permeate your days consciously. Try to befriend death as a teacher, as a guardian angel. You may have 40, 60, 80, 100 years on this planet? Truth be told, you don’t know. Make use of it wisely. I recommend to lose fear of death as a constant quest. Imagine yourself on your deathbed and then backcast from it. Aim high. Leave a legacy. You will die anyway. That’s for sure.
Do you know that feeling when you’re talking to a close friend of yours that is seemingly hyper spiritual but if you approach him or her with a critical question gets obviously aggressive yet denies that! Or doesn’t allow pain or grief or sorrow. That’s a sure sign that he or she avoids to feel feelings that are deemed unspiritual, like anger or aggression. That’s in a nutshell spiritual bypassing unfolding in a life situation.
Healthy and unhealthy transcendence are not the same. Instead of being connected to all emotions and act accordingly depending on the circumstances, this means that some emotions are told to be of higher order, and others of lower order. You’ll find that with blind compassion, which is simply unhealthy yes-saying, avoiding conflict at all costs, and no healthy access to anger.
To be honest, I don’t care too much about your spiritual practices. I’m caring about and invite you to dedicate to a lifelong practice but not that you boast yourself with it. I’m way more interested in what you’re doing in this material world. Do you really make a difference? Is what you are doing making this world on fire a tiny bit more sane and just? It’s a continuous practice to hold the sadness and pain of this world in your heart and at the same time to allow for the power, vision and healing capacities of extraordinary states of consciousness. Yes, please, experience oneness, joy, sat-chit-ananda, godhead, satori, kensho, liberation. And then please, come back to this mundane world and make a difference. Thanks.
The world needs you. Activism means that you’re not putting your own career, your own nice petty little wants and needs into your only focus but that you really care about the injustices done to others in their various forms, be it war, slavery, imperialism, colonialism, genocide, women’s rights, exploitation of minorities. There are enough challenges out there. Try to alleviate one or a couple of them during your precious lifetime. It means opening your heart for the pain, the suffering, the atrocities in this mundane world yet being firmly rooted in love and training your ever-present awareness.
An integral understanding of Spiritual Activism also means that you take good care for you to not burn out and design your life to build a strong inner vessel.
